OBJECTIVE :

The Procurement Activity Monitoring Tool (PAMT) is designed to achieve three basic objectives:

• To achieve project completion by due date by reducing procurement delay through real time monitoring of procurement activities of ADB financed projects in Bangladesh.
• To make faster and efficient monitoring of procurement activities by reducing time, cost and communication process
• To assist in setting benchmark for different stages of a procurement cycle.
